Nutrition: The Corner Pieces focuses on the foundational building blocks (or puzzle pieces) of a healthy diet. The course begins with a personalised health and wellbeing review, through the use of a health questionnaire and food diary. Understanding where you are starting from on your health journey and thinking about what you would like to achieve is incredibly beneficial.
I will then teach you some healthy mindset techniques that will enable you to make the most of the course and take with you going forward. By the end of the mindset changing techniques module you will understand the best way for you to personally introduce new habits, so that you can quickly and easily start and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle long term.
Next I will then introduce you to the fundamentals of nutrition and why it is so crucial for your health and wellbeing. Before taking a deep dive into some of the key nutrition groups: hydration, electrolytes and carbohydrates.
The course ends with a final health and wellbeing review to see the progress that you have made as a result of the course.
I am offering a special trial price of just £29.99 for those who enrol before 31st August, 2024. This trial course offers participants access to 9 modules for a fraction of the price of the full course (12 modules), which will be released early next year.
Additionally, participants who complete the trial course and provide feedback by the 29th September, 2024, will gain access to the full course at no additional charge (RRP £495). The full course includes modules covering fats, protein and important nutrition hints and tips, from making food purchases to the best cooking practices. This is a unique opportunity to access high-quality nutritional education at a fraction of the regular price.

THP Recommends
Here are some of the products and services we have been loving this month.
Some of the items below contain affiliate links.

1. Peanut Satay (GF, DF, Vg, Low Sulfur)
This is such a quick and easy recipe to make that tastes like something you would buy in a shop or have in a restaurant.
I use this peanut, ginger, tamari & lime based sauce recipe and then play around with it each time I make it. For example, I may add in some additional roasted sweet potato or mushrooms. Plus, you can have it with chicken, tempeh or firm tofu.
I am not a huge fan of quinoa so I personally switch this out for rice and I never add the fancy toasted nuts on top I will just use crunchy peanut butter (time saver!).
2. Anti-Sickness Bands
These bands have been little lifesavers for me over the summer as I get travel/sea sick. Gone of the days where I arrive at my destination and it takes me a few hours to feel back to myself again.
I really did not expect these to work as well as they do. The only downside to them is that on a really long journey they can start to become more uncomfortable and you look forward to getting them off.
I would highly recommend these to any one of any age to try if you get motion sickness, they are great for car, boat, plane and train travel!
3. Infuser Mug
I came across this amazing glass infuser mug when I went into Whittard a UK based tea and coffee shop. I get so frustrated with reusable tea bags, tea ball and infusion tea pots as they are often fiddly to get your loose tea or spices into and then cleaning them can be a right pain in the arse.
I liked this mug for three reasons:
It is made of glass, this means that no plastic, aluminium or any other nasty chemical that reacts with hot water will leach into my drink.
It has a large, easy to fill and clean filter with tiny holes that will allow less sediment through it. It would also be super easy to clean out again.
It has a lid! Many herbal teas and spiced drinks contain volatile organic compounds that are really beneficial for your health but can be lost within the steam that leaves your mug. By putting a lid over your drink as it steeps it can help to lock in extra beneficial nutrients.

There is nothing quite like a motivational, inspirational or thought provoking quote to finish our newsletter.
