Want to optimise your health in 2025?
Many people set new year’s resolutions and yet more than half of people do not make it past the end of January before they give up. This is because they generally set unrealistic goals, too many goal or put too much pressure on themselves.
One of the top new year’s resolutions is to eat more healthy foods. While this is a fantastic goal, most people don’t actually know what foods are or are not healthy for them.
After working 1:1 with clients as a Nutritionist I decided to re-direct my focus into creating an online nutrition course with the support of the King’s Trust. I wanted to provide everyone in the UK with the basic knowledge they need to support and optimise their health through Nutrition. I wanted to teach people how to create a personalised way of eating and drinking that they could keep up long-term. I wanted to provide people with a clear place to start their health journey and that is why I created ‘Nutrition: The Corner Pieces’. These are the foundational things you need to know about food and drink to help optimise your health and wellbeing.
This course is suitable for all dietary preferences and can easily be adapted to suit any lifestyle.
